Supporting job fairs organized by faculties

Among Montelektro’s 220 employees, 75% hold degrees in electrical engineering, automation, IT, and software development. As a result, the company actively supports various events organized by faculties to educate future engineers and potential employees.

 

During the spring season, three Croatian faculties hosted job fairs to connect their students with the job market and potential employers, including Montelektro.

 

Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of Zagreb University and Faculty of Engineering of Rijeka University organized three events which gather over three tousand of their students who were searching for opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills and the employers who could meet their expectations when it comes to the future career. 

 

As part of our efforts to reach out to the students, our company was represented by the former students of these particular faculties who currently work at Montelektro. 

 

In order to additionaly introduce students with Montelektro, Mario Županović, Director of Operations held a presentation about the company at JobFair Rijeka. 

 

JobFair by Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing was also a good occassion to showcase the latest software achievement, Digital Factory Portal, within a Tech Talk titled “From Code to Mug” by Fran Hercigonja, Team Leader at Research & Development Department, in order to present the students on software programming for breweries.

 

Montelektro provides students with a range of career opportunities, including scholarships, internships, professional support for writing a master’s thesis, student jobs, and other benefits that promote their professional and personal growth.
