Every year, Montelektro organizes a special Open Door Day for  electrical engineering, IT, and computing students who are potentially future candidates for the job positions in Montelektro.

In January 2025, a group of students of the University of Applied Sciences Zagreb was hosted by the Montelektro team led by CEO Mr. Edvin Šafranko, who wished them a warm welcome to the company by presenting them 35 years of the company’s history.

The central happening of this event was a presentation held by a former student of the University and our experienced engineer, Robert Horvat, who currently holds the position of Project Manager at the Food & Beverage Division. He presented to the students his professional path and a typical project that Montelektro delivers to clients in theclients in the food and beverage industry- the implementation of demanding automation and electrical engineering solutions for the juice carriers that transport juice from Brazil to European countries.

In addition to this presentation, the students were also introduced to our modern training center, and electrical cabinets workshop and had the opportunity to taste the beer brewed in probably the world’s smallest automated brewery – Montelektro’s testing plant.

Besides enjoying in tasteful beer, it was a great occasion for students to get more information about beer production technology.
