After the delivery of the automation and electrical engineering part of the project, we provide our Customers with electrical installation and commissioning service.
Montelektro bears full responsibility for the realization of the entire project and we possess the complete infrastructure required to perform work, with various experts in our company.
The work is fully controlled and coordinated, and our goal is to achieve the best possible result in the shortest possible time. We have several outstanding teams specializing in Installation and Commissioning that can perform the work with a minimum impact on normal production.
- The basic installation service includes industrial installation of:
- Cable routes (trays, ladders, mesh wires, conduits)
- Medium voltage distribution panels and transformers
- Low voltage distribution panels
- Peripheral and control panels
- Cabling of power, control, and communication cables (laying, connecting and tagging, including medium voltage cables)
- Grounding, lightning, and bonding system
- Testing according to IEC 60364-6:2006:
- Full testing of the equipment and instruments
- Sequence tests (no-load tests)
- Commissioning and system tests
