Every year, during the summer season, Montelektro organizes a three-week internship program for electrical engineering, automation, and computing students.
This year, 11 electrical engineering and automation students attended the practical education program, which included designing the Process Control System to automate one part of the brewery. The training program based on the Siemens S7 PLC system and WinCC SCADA system is the same one that each newly employed engineer at Montelektro must go through to understand their future work responsibilities.
All students who, during the internship program, have shown the required knowledge, skills, and motivation to work at Montelektro got an opportunity for a Montelektro student scholarship.
Thus, six students signed the agreement for financial support, which they will receive until the end of their regular studies. It also implies a full-time job after graduation in case of open positions.

By signing these agreements, the total number of Montelektro’s scholars increased to 13.
