In mid-September 2021, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computing, and Information Technology of the University of Osijek organized Open Days and Career Days.
Due to the limitations of the Covid-19 pandemic, the third edition of this event was online. Despite this, many students attended it to get more information about the current situation in the labor market.
During the two-day event, 50 companies had the opportunity to introduce themselves to potential future employees. For the first time, Montelektro was also among them.
Tomislav Vukovski, the leading automation engineer from our office in Slatina, shared his personal experience of working at Montelektro and explained to the students what it looks like a typical working day of an electrical or automation engineer in our company.
Since 2010, Montelektro has doubled its staff. Among the 170 employees, more than 130 are highly qualified professionals in electrical engineering, industrial automation, computing, and information technology.
Since Montelektro often has vacancies for these jobs, events like these are a great way to present the company and career opportunities and expand the network of potential employees. That is why Montelektro continues to support all similar events.
